Job Description
Experience:
10+ Years Location: Pan India Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Pega Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of Pega projects, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure successful project execution within scope, timeline, quality, and budget.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end delivery of Pega projects and programs. Lead and mentor cross-functional development, QA, and support teams. Manage project planning, resource allocation, risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery governance. Drive Agile/Scrum practices, sprint planning, releases, and stakeholder communication. Collaborate with clients and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. Monitor project performance, KPIs, quality, timelines, and financials. Drive process improvements and ensure adherence to delivery standards. Mandatory
Requirements:
10+ years of overall IT
experience
with strong Pega project/delivery experience. Proven
experience
in Pega delivery/project/program management. Strong stakeholder and client management skills.
Experience
managing Agile delivery teams. Mandatory domain
experience:
BFSI & Healthcare. Strong communication, leadership, risk management, and governance skills. Preferred: Pega certification such as CSA/CSSA/LSA and
experience
managing large-scale enterprise Pega implementations.
