The position requires continuous monitoring and troubleshooting to resolve any issues promptly, ensuring data integrity and availability. Collaboration with various teams to align database functionality with business requirements is also a key aspect of the daily routine, fostering an environment of reliability and efficiency

• Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  - Responsible for team decisions.
  - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  - Oversee the implementation of best practices in database management to optimize performance and security.
  - Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
  - Coordinate with stakeholders to understand database requirements and translate them into effective solutions
• Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP MM Materials Management.
  - Strong knowledge of database architecture, design, and deployment strategies.
  - Experience in performance tuning and optimization of database systems.
  - Ability to develop and implement backup and recovery plans to safeguard data.
  - Familiarity with database security protocols and compliance standards.
  - Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex database issues efficiently
• Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP MM Materials Management.
  - This position is based at our Pune office.
  - A 15 years full time education is required.
