Summary
This role focuses on leveraging machine learning expertise to develop generative AI systems and engineer solutions within the automotive industry. The primary objective is to create and deploy innovative AI technologies that enhance business outcomes and operational efficiency.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for real-world applications, particularly within the automotive industry.
- Implement maintainable and tested production-oriented software using Python.
- Design and evaluate machine learning techniques and architectures.
- Utilize Azure OpenAI Service or equivalent platforms to build enterprise-grade generative AI applications.
- Construct retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems for improved document handling and semantic search.
- Design agentic AI systems with capabilities for tool calling and API integration.
- Analyze complex datasets and derive actionable business insights from technical findings.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Work in cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
Key Requirements:
- Master’s degree or PhD in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, AI, Data Science).
- Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience in machine learning or related fields.
- Strong Python programming skills.
- Proven experience with machine learning architectures and evaluation methods.
- Experience with LLM and transformer architectures.
- Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI Service or equivalent.
- Ability to design secure and auditable integration patterns for AI agents.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical discussions.
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of other programming languages such as C++ or .NET.
- Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks like Azure AI Foundry, LangChain, or AutoGen.
- Experience with document ingestion and vector databases.
- Understanding of the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
