Data Entry Operator

Enter and update sales data (enquiries, quotations, orders) in CRM systems accurately

Maintain and organize customer and sales records in a structured manner

Ensure timely data entry to avoid delays in sales processing

Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency

Support the sales team with data-related tasks and documentation

Update status of enquiries, quotations, and orders in the system

Generate basic reports from CRM / Google Sheets as required

Coordinate with the sales team for missing or unclear information

Maintain proper documentation and digital records

Follow data discipline and standard processes defined by the organization

Requirements

0 to 2 years of experience in Data Entry / Back Office / Sales Support roles

Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel

Good typing speed and accuracy

Familiarity with CRM systems (Zoho CRM preferred)

Strong attention to detail

Ability to follow structured processes

Basic understanding of sales data (enquiry, quotation, order)

Good coordination and communication skills

Ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency
