• Create training content for all forms of training: eLearning, ILT, vILT, videos, SOPs
• Communicate effectively in oral and written form
• Write according to the learner’s needs and characteristics
• Write clear, concise, and grammatically correct messages
• Ideate content structure and design basis provided content strategy
• Handle customer communication and SME interactions
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications

• 
  Experience in instructional design/content writing
• 
  Strong attention to detail

• 
  Communication skills – ability to interact with clients, SMEs. team members of the project team
• 
  Comprehension skills – ability to comprehend requirements and instructions clearly
• 
  Visualization – ability to conceptualize graphics, animations, and page layouts for training content
• 
  Knowledge and hands-on experience of:
  • 
    Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• 
  Bachelor’s / Masters in education, English, or related subject
• 
  Knowledge and hands-on experience of:

    Articulate Storyline
  • 
    Google AI tools (Gemini, NotebookLM, etc.)
