OVERVIEW
It’s an exciting time to be part of the Digital and Technology Human Capital Management and Services team with global initiatives focused on process
transformation, employee experience and data & insights. This position reports to the D&T Manager - HR and is responsible for configuring and supporting Workday HCM and other HR systems and processes that enhance user experience, support HR process and technology efforts and deliver value to our global workforce. This role is expected to demonstrate high proficiency in system knowledge/configuration, problem solving, process/data analysis, and communication skills. You’ll work collaboratively across teams to provide recommendations on aligning technical solutions to business opportunities.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Analyst resource for global HR system process, data and technology projects.
Provide day-to-day operational support of HR systems and ensure system health and sustainability.
Utilize Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation functional expertise to troubleshoot issues and identify solutions, including business process
configuration, complex calculated fields, integrations, and EIBs.
Serve as a consultant for global HR systems, data, and processes by identifying and articulating process impacts on technology/data and potential constraints.
Partner with business to define functional requirements, including data, configuration and integration needs, and translate them into recommendations and
technical specifications.
Partner with business to understand pain points, prioritize requirements, and identify opportunities to improve processes and gain efficiency by leveraging existing and new functionality.
Successfully deliver prioritized initiatives through discovery, planning, implementation, testing and stabilization.
Own quality assurance, creation of test scripts, testing execution, and ensuring user acceptance for system solutions.
Develop technical documentation supporting system or process changes.
Communicate system or process changes to users with varying technical knowledge.
Advocate for and influence HR solutions and inform stakeholders on new trends and technologies.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in CIS (Computer Information Systems) or MIS (Management Information Systems) preferred.
Minimum years of related experience required: 3+ supporting/delivering complex IT solutions.
Preferred years of related experience: 5+ supporting/delivering complex IT solutions
Experience configuring, solutioning and supporting Workday Compensation required.
Workday HCM Core experience desired.
HRSoft experience desired.
Ability to work with contractors and third-party vendors to ensure a quality result on projects and enhancements.
Ability to gather and translate business requirements into specifications.
Demonstrated ability to analyze, design, configure and support data, processes and technology.
Experience supporting stabilization and ongoing production support of technical solutions.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks/activities and prioritize appropriately.
Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills with technical and business partners at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
Experience working in a global company.
Should be comfortable to work in shift of 1:30pm to 10:30pm
