The
will collaborate closely with the Gerflor Transportation Sales team in providing excellent customer service. Our Gerflor Transportation Sales team provides flooring solutions specifically engineered to meet requirements of Bus & Coach, Rail, Aviation and Marine industries.
Provide daily support to the Transportation Sales Team by assisting customers and resolving inquiries promptly.
Assist in compiling basic reports and data to support sales performance tracking.
Respond to customer inquiries with accurate and timely information, including basic product and service details.
Enter and manage purchase orders in an ERP system, and process invoicing for the sales territory.
Communicate project timelines and shipping dates to customers and internal teams to ensure all deadlines are met.
Participate in team efforts to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
Attend meetings to stay informed and provide support as needed.
Address customer concerns professionally, escalating issues when appropriate.
Work closely with the Customer Experience Manager to ensure alignment with service standards and team goals.
Provide cross-functional support across all Gerflor products as needed.
