Customer Service Advisor (French)

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to a French-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their teams in Porto

• Position: Customer Service Advisor

Location: Portugal

Work model: remote

Employment type: limted contract (6 months), with possibility of extension

 

• DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Customer support to French-speaking customers by phone, email, chat and social media channels

• Support our merchants for all questions and inquiries about our product and service

• Actively work on the optimisation of all processes related to our customers, to constantly increase the happiness of our merchants

• Closely work with other departments together, for example Sales and Marketing.

 

• REQUIREMENTS:

• Native/fluent in French both verbal and written. Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)

• Ability to listen actively, identify, apply, and explain your product and/or service expertise with clarity, and solve issues in the first contact with customers

• Ability to take stressful situations well

• Previous Contact Centre or Customer Service experience (preferable)

• Enthusiastic and skilled in technology applications (using a smartphone, tablet or computer is easy for you)

• Good and customer-friendly service is the highest priority for you

• Curious and persistent in solving issues

• Organized and can keep a cool head even in stressful situations

• Working schedule: Monday to Friday, between 08 AM and 07 PMwith the possibility to extend late shift until 09 PM, as per client agreement.
