• what you'll do:

• debug customer issues, optimize queries

• write examples for our docs

• live in customer slack channels, helping to solve problems

• own customer outcomes

• must have:

typist

• you can write well and can explain complex ideas simply

linux

• you're comfortable in terminals and reading logs

python or javascript/typescript

• for reproducing issues and building solutions

human

• you build trust and keep things productive when everything's on fire

systematic

• you methodically work through problems until you've found the root cause

• nice to have:

• k8s experience

• vector search or full-text search background

• experience with the major cloud platforms
