• Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  - Responsible for team decisions.
  - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  - Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
  - Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
  - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software architecture with evolving business requirements
• Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform NETVIBES.
  - Strong expertise in software architecture design and implementation within complex environments.
  - Experience in leading software development teams and managing project delivery timelines.
  - Ability to ensure code quality through best practices such as code reviews and automated testing.
  - Familiarity with performance optimization techniques and scalable software solutions.
  - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative and practical solutions
• Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform NETVIBES.
  - This position is based at our CDC2F - SEZ location.
