As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software components that integrate seamlessly within existing systems or applications. The role requires continuous enhancement of these components to meet evolving business requirements. Working within an agile environment, the engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions are scalable and perform efficiently, addressing specific organizational needs through innovative software development practices

• Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
  - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
  - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
  - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  - Maintain and improve existing software components to enhance functionality and performance.
  - Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing within the team.
  - Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth
• Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Studio.
  - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday Procurement, Workday Core Integrations.
  - Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
  - Ability to design and implement scalable software solutions.
  - Experience in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing software components.
  - Familiarity with integration techniques and middleware platforms related to Workday environments
• Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Studio.
  - This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
  - A 15 years full time education is required.
