• Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  - Responsible for team decisions.
  - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  - Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software development processes.
  - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
  - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project goals and deliverables.
  - Ensure quality standards and timely delivery of software components
• Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI.
  - Experience with software development frameworks and agile methodologies.
  - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to design scalable software solutions.
  - Familiarity with coding standards, version control systems, and continuous integration.
  - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-disciplinary teams to achieve project objectives.
  - Knowledge of system architecture and software component integration
