Creative Lead

We are looking for a Creative Lead (AI-First Design Strategist) to lead design execution for the Marketing team & lead a team of designers, while working closely with the Design Head to ensure alignment with overall brand and design standards. This role requires a highly creative and strategic designer who can drive visual communication across multiple marketing channels, while leveraging AI-powered design tools and workflows to improve speed, creativity, and efficiency. Lead a team of designers, providing creative direction, mentorship, and quality oversight to ensure high-impact design output across all marketing initiatives. Own the end-to-end design function for Marketing, delivering compelling visual assets for product collaterals, website pages, social media campaigns, emailers, internal communications, print materials, and event branding. Translate marketing strategies and product narratives into clear, engaging visual communication that strengthens brand positioning and storytelling. Drive an AI-first design approach by leveraging generative AI and modern design tools to accelerate ideation, improve productivity, and scale creative production. Establish and maintain strong design standards, templates, and brand consistency across all touchpoints. Collaborate closely with marketing, product marketing, and communication teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns and launches. Manage multiple design projects and priorities, ensuring high quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery. Continuously elevate the creative bar by introducing new design trends, tools, and innovative visual approaches.

Requirements

7+ years of proven

experience

in graphic design, preferably in B2B technology or digital marketing environments. Strong portfolio showcasing brand campaigns, digital marketing creatives, and modern design systems. Advanced

skills

in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and other industry-standard tools. Familiarity with AI design tools and generative AI workflows (e.g., MidJourney, DALL·E, Firefly, Runway, ChatGPT for content adaptation). Strong understanding of typography, color theory, motion graphics, and UX principles for marketing design. Knowledge of emerging formats (interactive content, AR/VR visuals, short-form videos). Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (Master’s preferred).
