Creative Director - PH Based

Who We Are & Why This Role Matters

Hey there! We’re looking for a YouTube Creative Director who can work closely with established business owners, YouTube entrepreneurs, business coaches, and content creators to create killer content that drives engagement and business growth.

You’ll be part of the core team and you’ll be an active collaborator in content ideation, planning, and execution, ensuring every piece aligns with the business owner's brand and business goals.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Work directly with the CEO and team to shape the video content roadmap

• Develop and refine content ideas that align with business owner’s brand and business goals; Work directly with the CEO and team to shape the video content roadmap

• Help with content creation, from ideation to execution, ensuring high-quality output [Help write scripts, edit videos, create social media posts, and long-form content while maintaining the client’s voice]

• Research and integrate YouTube growth strategies into content planning

• Collaborate with the production team to optimize content for YouTube algorithms; Analyze content performance and adjust strategies to maximize engagement and conversions

• Develop video concepts from initial brainstorming through scriptwriting and production planning.

• Assist on ad hoc tasks including but not limited to: Creating presentations using Miro, Google Slides, or similar tools that translate client’s ideas into visually engaging narratives.

What We’re Looking For

Non-Negotiables

• Proven experience leading YouTube creative strategy or managing a high-growth channel

• Deep understanding of YouTube culture, algorithm, and audience psychology

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Ability to visualize and execute engaging presentations

• Data-driven and analytical, but also intuitive and trend-aware

• Comfort with fluid schedules and occasional urgent requests

• Bonus Points If You Have:

• Background in marketing, branding, or viral content creation

• You're organized enough to manage multiple projects but flexible enough to pivot when inspiration (or urgent client needs) strikes.

• Knowledge of YouTube marketing, SEO, and monetization strategies

• Experience managing and growing YouTube accounts
