🚀 Hiring: Core Software Engineer | 0–2 Years Experience
We’re looking for talented Software Engineers who are passionate about building scalable systems and solving challenging engineering problems.
📍 Location: Bengaluru
💼 Experience: 0–2 years
🏢 Work Mode: Hybrid
⏳ Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days
🎓 Preferred: Tier1 / Tier2 institutes
What we’re looking for:
- Strong software engineering fundamentals
- Excellent problem-solving and coding skills
- Ownership mindset and ability to work independently
- Strong focus on correctness, reliability, and scalability
- Ideally, candidates with full-time or internship experience in FinTech, Finance, or HFT
- Interest in backend systems, production engineering, or financial technology is a plus
- Familiarity with Go, Linux, AWS, or system monitoring is an added advantage
Required key skills:
- Proficiency in at least programming language such as Go, C++, Java, or Python
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design
- Knowledge of Linux, operating systems, networking, and databases
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and production-ready code
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Git, APIs, testing, and system design fundamentals
