We're looking for a creative and curious Content Creator who lives and breathes content. You'll ideate, write, and produce compelling content across formats and platforms - switching tone seamlessly from a luxury real estate brand to a youth-facing D2C startup. If you spot a trend before it peaks and can turn a brief into a story, this one's for you.

• Research industry trends, competitor content, and cultural moments to craft sharp, timely short-form and long-form content - captions, carousels, LinkedIn posts, ad copy, scripts, emailers, and website copy.
• Adapt tone, language, and format for each client and platform; collaborate with design and video teams on reels, explainers, and brand films.
• Plan and produce monthly content calendars for client social accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
• Write copy for Meta campaigns, Google Display ads, and paid media formats in coordination with the performance marketing team.
• Pitch content concepts for seasonal campaigns, product launches, and brand events; monitor performance metrics and iterate.
• Contribute to brand strategy - defining tone of voice, content pillars, messaging frameworks, taglines, and campaign headlines.
• Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm shifts, and cultural moments; adapt high-engagement content patterns creatively to client briefs. *Consider this your content brief - the best creators always go beyond it. We give you the pedestal; how far your words travel is entirely up to you.

Requirements

• 0–2 years in content writing or creation - agency, brand-side, freelance, or strong personal portfolio. All considered.
• Excellent written command of English and Hindi; Gujarati is a plus.
• Ability to write across tones - witty, formal, aspirational, conversational. Portfolio is mandatory - social content, ad copy, blogs, or scripts all qualify.
• Advanced familiarity with at least one platform - Instagram, LinkedIn, or YouTube.
• Basic SEO knowledge, script writing exposure, and understanding of content performance metrics are a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of content performance metrics reach, engagement rate, CTR and how to use them to improve output.
