Consultant I, Kroll Restructuring Administration

The position is intended to support our operational requirements and provide additional coverage for global business needs and has a potential for growth. The ideal candidate will be a proactive critical thinker and detailed oriented, willing to work long hours, as necessary. This position requires the candidate to work US business hours (approx. 10am- 7pm Eastern Time).

• The day-to-day responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Promptly and accurately execute noticing projects and maintain related data.
• Create, import, and maintain creditor data and service lists.
• Input, analyze, maintain, and monitor claims data.
• Manage inquiry logs, including preparing and circulating inquiry logs to client and case professionals, promptly forwarding applicable escalations, and coordinating with Kroll Restructuring’s internal communications team.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and managers.

 

Essential traits

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
• 2-4 years’ experience with data management, principals and reporting
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
• Strong organizational skills
• Legal, financial or technology industry background a plus
