• Job Description:

Drive the assembly of cutting-edge solar tracker rows in our Hyderabad centre for solar excellence yard. This hands-on role ensures seamless coordination across teams, proactive issue resolution, and efficient procurement to deliver high-performance renewable energy solutions on time

• Key Responsibilities: ·        Act as primary liaison, facilitating cross-functional meetings with Engineering, Procurement, Quality, and Operations teams to prioritize tasks and allocate yard space for efficient builds.

·        Conduct daily yard huddles to align on priorities, timelines, and resources. Resolve conflicts and escalate to the Product Applications Manager when necessary.

·        Procure essential components for the row build as per requirement provided by Product and Applications Engineering. Process POs and track shipments to avoid delays while following procurement guidelines.

·        Build and track schedules via MS Project or Excel for milestones like foundations, erections, and testing. Deliver weekly reports to management on progress, risks, and KPIs such as efficiency and material use.

·        Identify recurring issues to recommend improvements in processes, tooling, or design. Assist Engineering with prototype tests and mentor staff on quality and procurement.

·        Conduct safety briefings and hazard assessments, enforce industry standards (OSHA-equivalent) and environmental regulations. Maintain comprehensive, audit-ready records.

·        Update digital logs with as-builts, tests on daily basis and communicate the observation to the teams as required.

·        Drive continuous improvement initiatives, such as lean manufacturing techniques or Kaizen events, to enhance yard productivity and reduce waste

·        Coordinate equipment maintenance and calibration schedules to ensure all tools and machinery operate at peak performance

Required Qualifications:

·        4-6 years in construction coordination, solar installs, manufacturing, or trackers/renewables.

·        Expertise in solar tracker industry and skill in spotting mechanical/electrical / structural issues.

·        Bachelor’s in civil/mechanical engineering, Construction Management, or related.

·        Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in root cause analysis.

·        Knowledge of product design validation processes, tools, and standards.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams
