今回の募集はグループの機能会社である当社にて、C&B Managerのポジションにてご活躍いただける方を募集致します。

■職務内容

・予算、年次評価を含む年俸見直しのサポート、ボーナス支払いプロセスの調整と実行、およびグループ会社ごとの賞与のスキーム作成

・プロセスの改善。PDCAサイクルの実施

・C&B関連の戦略、ポリシー、ツール、ガイドラインの計画、実施

・C&Bの戦略策定（例：ボーナス、給与レンジ調整等）

・C&B関連レポートの作成

・グループごとの報酬制度の統合

・従業員持株会の運営

・C&Bに係る保険業務
