Build and nurture an/offline community of importers, e-commerce entrepreneurs, and product enthusiasts.
Plan and host community-based learning events (webinars, workshops, Q&A sessions).
Engage with community members daily, answering questions, and facilitating conversations.
Gather feedback and insights from the community to inform product improvements and marketing strategies.
Track engagement metrics and report on community growth and sentiment
Proven experience in community management, social media engagement, or similar roles.
Excellent communication skills for moderating discussions and creating engaging content.
Ability to organize events, manage digital platforms (Discord, Slack, Facebook Groups), and keep conversations on-brand.
Familiarity with e-commerce, import/export, or similar business models is a plus.
No formal degree required; passion for building relationships and delivering value to community members is paramount.
