Communication Trainer About Company: Teleradiology Solutions (TRS) is a pioneer in teleradiology, delivering round-the-clock diagnostic radiology reporting and support to hospitals and healthcare providers across India, the US, and other global markets. Founded in 2002 by two Yale-trained physicians and headquartered in Ardmore, PA, TRS today serves over 150 hospitals across 21 countries. The company pairs a network of board-certified radiologists — including ABR-certified specialists — with technology-driven workflows and its AI-enabled arm, dAIgnostiX, to deliver fast, accurate, and reliable imaging interpretation. dAIgnostiX is based out of Bengaluru (Whitefield). TRS/dAIX also maintains an active academic focus (www.radguru.net) and ongoing research interests, including AI in radiology. Role Summary We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Trainer to design and deliver training programs that enhance employee knowledge, communication, and professional skills. The ideal candidate should be passionate about learning and development, capable of conducting engaging training sessions, and committed to improving employee performance through effective training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct Onboarding training for new employees. Deliver soft skills, communication, process, and behavioural training programs. Identify training needs and develop training plans accordingly. Prepare training materials, presentations, assessments, and learning content. Conduct refresher and developmental training sessions for employees. Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance tracking. Work closely with department managers to identify skill gaps and recommend training solutions. Maintain training records, attendance, and training reports. Continuously update training content based on business and organizational requirements. Promote a culture of continuous learning and employee development. Required

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong presentation and facilitation skills. Ability to engage and motivate learners. Good interpersonal and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel). Strong planning, coordination, and time management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Qualification Bachelor's degree in any discipline. 5–6 years of

experience

in Training, Learning & Development, or Corporate Training.

Experience

in the Healthcare/BPO/Service industry is an added advantage.
