Role Summary
We are seeking a business-focused and creative
Communication Solutions Specialist
who can transform complex business information into clear, engaging and impactful communication solutions.
The role works closely with business stakeholders to understand communication objectives, analyze audience needs, and develop communication strategies, narratives and content frameworks that drive engagement, understanding and action.
The Communication Solutions Specialist acts as the bridge between business stakeholders and creative production teams by translating business requirements into compelling communication concepts, storylines, messaging and creative direction across presentations, videos, campaigns and digital communication assets.
This role combines business acumen, storytelling expertise and communication consulting capabilities while leveraging GenAI tools to enhance research, ideation and content development.
Key Responsibilities
Communication Consulting & Solution Design
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business goals, communication challenges and audience needs.
- Analyze and synthesize information from presentations, reports, workshops, meetings and business documentation.
- Recommend appropriate communication approaches, channels and formats based on communication objectives.
- Facilitate discovery discussions and requirement-gathering sessions to define messaging priorities and communication direction.
- Design integrated communication solutions that may include presentations, videos, campaigns, infographics, digital content or multimedia communication assets.
- Leverage GenAI tools to support research, ideation and content development while ensuring business relevance and accuracy.
Storytelling & Content Strategy
- Develop communication concepts, messaging frameworks and audience-focused communication strategies.
- Create compelling business narratives, presentation storylines and executive communication messages.
- Develop scripts, content structures and storyboards for communication initiatives across multiple formats.
- Simplify complex business, process or technical information into clear and engaging communication experiences.
- Ensure messaging consistency, clarity and alignment with communication objectives.
- Utilize GenAI tools to support brainstorming, content refinement, multilingual adaptation and communication optimization.
Creative Direction & Collaboration
- Translate communication concepts into clear creative briefs for design and multimedia production teams.
- Provide creative direction to ensure communication objectives are effectively reflected in final deliverables.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, motion designers, video editors and other specialists throughout the development process.
- Review creative outputs and provide feedback on storytelling effectiveness, audience relevance and content quality.
- Partner with project teams to ensure stakeholder expectations and communication objectives are aligned.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation
- Contribute to communication frameworks, storytelling methodologies and reusable communication assets.
- Identify opportunities to improve communication effectiveness through emerging technologies and GenAI capabilities.
- Stay current with best practices in communication strategy, storytelling, content design and audience engagement.
- Support the evolution of AI-enabled communication workflows and content development practices.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Mass Communication, Media Studies, Business, English, Instructional Design or a related discipline.
Experience
- 6-9 years of experience in corporate communications, business communications, communication consulting, content strategy, instructional content design, marketing communications, creative agencies or related fields.
- Demonstrated experience creating communication assets across multiple formats including presentations, videos, digital content, executive communications, campaigns and multimedia storytelling.
- Experience working with cross-functional or global stakeholders to deliver communication initiatives from concept through execution.

Technology & GenAI
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams and SharePoint).
- Familiarity with creative production workflows and Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
- Experience using GenAI platforms (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Adobe Firefly, Google Vertex AI or equivalent) for communication planning, content creation, script development, ideation, summarization and creative exploration.
- Ability to write effective prompts, critically evaluate AI-generated outputs and apply responsible AI practices in communication development.
Preferred Knowledge
- Understanding of branding, visual communication and design principles.

- Knowledge of multimedia production processes and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Experience working in a Global Capability Center (GCC), multinational organization or creative agency environment.

- Experience contributing to AI-enabled communication processes, content automation or knowledge management initiatives.
