Collection Executive

As a Collection Executive, you will play a vital role in our customer care team, ensuring a positive and efficient experience for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve any issues or concerns they may have. You will be the first point of contact for customers, so building strong relationships and maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor is essential.- Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and efficiently.
