Location: Remote
Compensation: 150,000-160,000 base + performance bonus + full benefits (based on experience and accreditation exposure)
This is not a traditional pharmacist role. This position serves as a strategic advisor to hospital pharmacy teams, helping them navigate URAC and ACHC specialty pharmacy requirements while balancing compliance with real-world operations. Success in this role requires strong judgment, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to influence decisions—not just execute tasks.
Serve as a trusted advisor to hospital partners by interpreting and applying accreditation standards in practical ways
Lead accreditation readiness efforts, including gap analyses, policy development, and survey preparation
Guide clients through mock audits, corrective action planning, and compliance efforts
Develop tools, templates, and processes that support scalable and sustainable compliance
Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to align on approach and priorities
Deliver training and provide education on accreditation standards
Identify risks, recommend solutions, and drive continuous improvement across quality programs
Act as a subject matter expert on URAC and ACHC standards
You are viewed as a trusted advisor, not just a task executor
You effectively navigate ambiguity and make sound, independent decisions
You provide practical, well-balanced recommendations that consider both compliance and operations
You adapt quickly to feedback and continuously improve your approach
Required
PharmD and active U.S. Pharmacist license in good standing
3+ years of pharmacy experience (hospital, specialty, or similar)
Experience with compliance, audits, or quality initiatives
Preferred:
Exposure to URAC or ACHC accreditation
People management or project management experience
Experience working with cross-functional teams or external stakeholders
Strong judgment and ability to think beyond black-and-white solutions
Comfort challenging assumptions and influencing stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to apply feedback and grow
