Reporting to the Senior District Manager, the Clinical Account Executive (CAE) serves as the strategic leader of their territory. They combine deep clinical expertise, strategic account planning and business acumen, and purposeful execution to improve outcomes for patients while advancing the organization’s mission, including Multiple Myeloma brand objectives and business goals. A CAE must be able to build trusted partnerships with customers, think like business owners, and collaborate across the ecosystem to create long-term value for patients, customers, and the organization - which includes but is not limited to, responsible resource allocation, a commitment to operating principles and compliant, high ethical standards.
Experience in Multiple Myeloma or hematologic malignancies
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Account Management experience in any industry
Specialty Pharmacy experience
Healthcare industry experience, especially working with patients or consulting healthcare companies
People management or other leadership experience
MBA or other advanced degree
