Job Description

Twin Health

At Twin Health, we empower people to improve and prevent chronic metabolic diseases, like type 2 diabetes and obesity, with a new standard of care. Twin Health is the company applying AI Digital Twin technology exclusively toward metabolic health.

We start by building a dynamic model of each person’s metabolism — drawing on thousands of data points from CGMs, smartwatches, and meal logs — that maps their personal path to better health. Guided by a dedicated clinical care team, our members have lowered their A1C below the diabetes range, achieved lasting weight loss, and reduced or even eliminated medications, all while living healthier, happier lives.

Working here

Our team at Twin Health is passionate, talented, and united by a shared purpose: to improve the metabolic health and happiness of our members. We believe in empowering every Twin to make a meaningful impact for our members, our clients, and each other, while enjoying a supportive, collaborative work environment.

Twin has been recognized not for our innovation but also for our culture, including: Innovator of the Year by the Employer Health Innovation Roundtable (EHIR), selected to CB Insights’ Digital Health 150, and named of Newsweek’s Top Most Loved Workplace® .

With more than $100 million raised in recent funding, including a $53 million Series E round in 2025 led by Maj Invest, and a $50 million investment in 2023 led by Temasek, Twin is scaling rapidly across the U.S. and globally. Backed by leading venture firms like ICONIQ Growth, Sequoia, Sofina, Temasek, and Peak XV, we are building the most impactful digital health company in the world.

Join us as we reinvent the standard of care in metabolic health.

Opportunity

  • Support the AVP of Client Success - Health Plans in the operational management of a large, complex strategic health plan partnership spanning multiple lines of business and employer groups.

  • Partner closely with the Client Growth & Success team managing employer relationships within the health plan channel to support consistent execution across the portfolio.

  • Manage recurring operational processes, calendars, trackers, and documentation to ensure key deadlines, deliverables, and partnership requirements are met.

  • Maintain accurate employer and program-level information, including program selections, renewal status, effective dates, key contacts, and other operational details.

  • Prepare and distribute recurring notifications and communications related to employer and program activity.

  • Proactively identify missing information, upcoming deadlines, process gaps, and outstanding actions and drive follow-through to resolution.

  • Support ad hoc operational needs and strategic initiatives across the health plan partnership.

  • Partner with Analytics and Reporting teams to ensure required reports are produced accurately and according to established timelines.

  • Review reports and supporting data for completeness and accuracy before distribution, escalating discrepancies or issues as needed.

Manage Renewal & Employer Lifecycle Operations

  • Coordinate the annual renewal and program selection process for employer groups contracted through the health plan channel, working closely with the Client Growth & Success team responsible for the employer relationships.

  • Process and maintain accurate records of employer renewals, program selections, effective dates, and other changes across internal systems and source-of-truth documentation.

  • Track cross-functional actions associated with renewals, program additions, changes, and terminations through completion.

  • Maintain visibility into upcoming renewals, outstanding decisions, and lifecycle changes and proactively escalate risks or delays.

  • Design and maintain visibility tools (trackers, dashboards) that surface upcoming renewals, outstanding decisions, and risks to leadership in real time.

Drive Cross-Functional Coordination & Process Improvement

  • Serve as an operational point of coordination between the Health Plan and Client Growth & Success teams and the cross-functional teams supporting the partnership.

  • Drive follow-through on cross-functional action items, ensuring clear ownership, timelines, and completion.

  • Document and maintain operating procedures, workflows, templates, and tools that support consistent execution across the health plan channel.
