Chief Product Officer (CPO)

The Chief Product Officer will be responsible for building and leading Loom Solar's complete product portfolio and product strategy. The CPO will identify customer needs, market opportunities and technology trends and convert them into high-quality, differentiated and commercially successful products. The CPO will own the product lifecycle: Customer Need → Market Research → Product Strategy → Roadmap → Business Case → Development → Launch → Scale → Product Lifecycle The CPO will work closely with the CEO, CBO, COO, CFO, CTO/Head of Engineering, R&D, Quality, Marketing and Service. Responsibilities:

• Identify high-growth product categories.
• Analyze market size and customer needs.
• Identify competitive gaps.
• Define product positioning.
• Build product portfolio architecture.
• Define product investment priorities.
• Decide build vs buy vs OEM vs JV.
• Identify products that should be discontinued.

Product Roadmap Own the company-wide product roadmap.
