This is a full-time, on-site Chief of Staff role based in Bengaluru. The Chief of Staff will work closely with executive leadership to oversee strategic initiatives, streamline operations, facilitate internal communication, and ensure goals are met.

Key responsibilities

include managing cross-functional projects, supporting decision-making processes by gathering and analyzing data, coordinating company-wide initiatives, and leading efforts to drive organizational efficiency and performance. The role requires a high level of professionalism, strategic thinking, and adaptability in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

Qualifications

Strong leadership and organizational skills, with

experience

in managing teams and overseeing complex projects. Strategic planning, decision-making capabilities, and the ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively. Exceptional communication skills, including presentation expertise and interpersonal collaboration abilities. Analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data collection, evaluation, and business intelligence tools. Familiarity with the technology sector; prior

experience

in robotics, AI, or aviation-related fields is a plus. A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field is highly desirable. Proven ability to work in a dynamic startup environment and adapt to evolving priorities.
