Job Description

Opal Healthcare is seeking both Chef and Cook across its care homes located in all states, NSW, VIC, QLD, WA & SA.

Salary range $73K - $93K, depending on position and experience.

Role responsibilities and requirements:

Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery
Previous experience in Chef roles
Create your seasonal menu in consultation with residents
Create nutritious meals and snacks in line with the food services program
Ensure detailed compliance with the food safety program
Oversee and manage the creation and delivery of meals and events

Please note all applicants must be willing to complete a pre-employment medical, police clearance and NDIS worker’s clearance.
