# Senior Category & Growth Leader ## Company Overview *Not specified.* ## Job Summary We are seeking a **Senior Category & Growth Leader** to take ownership of a rapidly growing business segment. The role involves end-to-end management of the category, including developing and executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies, pricing, product roadmap, and growth initiatives. The primary goal is to scale the category from approximately ₹10 Crore Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) to ₹25 Crore, driving business growth through strategic ownership, customer insights, and innovative growth levers. ## Responsibilities - **Own the category’s business growth and Annual Operating Plan (AOP).** - **Develop and execute the GTM strategy** for the category, including market positioning and customer segmentation. - **Identify and understand customer needs** through regular engagement and market research. - **Drive decisions related to pricing, positioning, and packaging** to optimize revenue and market share. - **Collaborate with Product teams** to identify product features or launches needed to support growth. - **Build customer insights** via conversations, surveys, and market analysis. - **Identify and develop lead-generation and demand-creation opportunities** to accelerate growth. - **Monitor category performance** and analyze data to identify new growth opportunities. - **Coordinate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations teams** to ensure seamless execution of growth strategies. - **Experiment with new ideas, channels, and growth levers** to continuously improve results. - **Leverage data and analytics** for informed decision-making and strategic planning. ## Qualifications - 8–10 years of experience in **SaaS, technology, or a similar product-led business**. - Proven experience in **category management, product growth, business growth, or GTM**. - Demonstrated ownership of a **category, product, or business** with responsibility for its growth. - Strong understanding of **SMB and mid-market customer segments**. - Expertise in **GTM strategies, pricing, product strategy, and customer discovery**. - Strong **business and product thinking** with a focus on growth. - Ability to operate effectively in environments lacking predefined playbooks. - Excellent **analytical and problem-solving skills**. - Hands-on, proactive approach with a high level of **ownership**. - Proven **ownership of business outcomes** and a **go-getter attitude**. - **Educational qualifications**: Relevant degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related fields. ## Preferred Skills - Experience with **AI and data-driven decision-making**. - Proficiency in tools such as **ChatGPT, Claude, and analytics platforms**. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to adapt quickly and experiment with new growth channels. - Familiarity with **product management** and **P&L ownership**. ## Experience - **8–10 years** of relevant experience in SaaS, technology, or product-led growth roles. - Experience in **category management, GTM, or business growth** roles with demonstrated success. - Prior ownership of a **category, product, or business** with measurable growth outcomes. ## Environment - **Work Mode:** Office-based in Ahmedabad. - **Work Environment:** Dynamic, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial setting. - **Team Collaboration:** Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams. - **Tools & Technology:** Use of AI, analytics, and research tools to inform decisions. ## Salary *Not specified.* ## GrowthOpportunities *Not specified.* ## Benefits *Not specified.*
