Role Purpose

Working closely with the Head of TSA Exit, this role is responsible for coordinating and driving TSA exit activity across Programme Units, suppliers, delivery partners and senior collaborators.

Acting as the central point of integration, the role ensures plans, governance and readiness activities remain aligned to support a successful TSA exit. The individual will provide leadership visibility of progress, risks and dependencies, facilitate decision-making, and drive engagement across the programme.

Key Responsibilities

Programme Coordination & Governance

• Coordinate TSA exit activities across multiple Programme Units and workstreams.
• Ensure plans, achievements, dependencies, risks and issues are effectively handled and reported.
• Support governance forums, steering committees and leadership meetings.
• Produce executive reporting, dashboards and presentations.
• Drive consistency in planning, reporting and delivery across the programme.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communications

• Develop and deliver communication and engagement activities.
• Coordinate leadership briefings, town halls and governance forums.
• Ensure clear and consistent messaging across business, technology, supplier and partner audiences.
• Support senior leaders with communications and engagement activities.

Supplier & Partner Management

• Act as a key interface between suppliers, delivery partners and programme teams.
• Coordinate supplier governance activities and monitor delivery commitments.
• Handle partner concerns and support issue resolution across internal and external teams.
• Build effective relationships to support successful delivery and transition outcomes.

Change & Business Readiness

• Support business readiness and organisational change activities associated with TSA exits.
• Coordinate readiness assessments and impact reviews.
• Track readiness achievements and ensure transition activities remain on schedule.
• Support adoption and engagement throughout the programme lifecycle.

Experience & Qualifications

Essential

• Experience supporting large-scale transformation, separation, integration or TSA exit programmes.
• Validated ability to influence and engage senior leaders in complex, global environments.
• Strong programme coordination, governance and delivery management experience.
• Experience handling suppliers and delivery partners.
• Previous team or project leadership experience.

Desirable

• Programme Management certification (PRINCE2, MSP, Agile or equivalent).
• Change Management qualification (Prosci or equivalent).
