Care Giver

Description

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Care Giver to join KLAY, a leading education management company in Bengaluru. As a Care Giver, you will play a crucial role in providing care and support to children in our facility. Your role is vital in ensuring the well-being and safety of the children under your care, fostering a nurturing environment for their growth and development. You will be involved in various activities that promote the physical, emotional, and social development of the children, making a significant impact on their lives.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor the safety of children in your care.
• Plan and implement activities to meet the physical, emotional, intellectual, and social needs of the children.
• Assist children with daily routines such as meal times, toileting, and nap times.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with children and parents.
• Observe and document children's behaviors and interactions.
• Collaborate with other staff to ensure a safe and supportive environment for children.
• Follow KLAY's policies and procedures for child care.
• Attend training and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge in child care.

Requirements:

• Passion for working with children and providing care and support.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience and empathy in dealing with children's needs and behaviors.
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Basic understanding of child development and early childhood education.
• Physical stamina to keep up with the energy and activities of young children.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus.
• Flexibility in working hours to accommodate the needs of the children and the center.
