Business Head

The Business Head will be responsible for driving growth and profitability for the company. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the staffing industry, Language training industry with proven experience in managing and leading teams, and a track record of achieving revenue and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability for the staffing company.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their recruiting needs are met with high-quality talent.
• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate new business leads.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.
• Monitor Language programs.
• Develop marketing strategies to increase enrollments in the language programs.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of recruiters and sales professionals.
• Develop and maintain a positive company culture, fostering teamwork, collaboration, and a commitment to excellence.
• Monitor financial performance and report on key metrics to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, employees, and senior management
• Strong business acumen and the ability to develop and execute effective business strategies
• Demonstrated ability to achieve revenue and profitability targets
• Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS) and customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data and metrics
