Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Manager to oversee business operations, manage key accounts, and drive overall strategic growth. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership qualities, commercial awareness, and a keen understanding of the e-commerce/digital business landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and profitability. Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market trends. Manage day-to-day operations across departments to ensure efficiency and performance. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction. Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular performance reports. Coordinate with marketing, sales, finance, and product teams for cohesive execution. Prepare budgets, forecasts, and reports for upper management.

experience

(3+ years) in business management, operations, or strategy roles. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities. Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Experience

in e-commerce or digital business will be an added advantage.
