Business Development Trainee/ Executive/ Senior Executive-Business Development

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in selling IT services, software development, and related technology solutions.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation methods
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
• Conduct market research to identify trends and potential business opportunities
• Collaborate with technical teams to understand project requirements and provide solutions to clients
• Develop and deliver proposals and presentations to clients
• Negotiate and close deals with clients
• Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on industry trends
• Maintain a high level of knowledge about our services and technology solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 0-7 years of experience in Business Development in the IT industry.
• Proven track record of sales success in selling IT services, software development, and related technology solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Willingness to travel as needed and flexible.
