As a Business Architect, a typical day involves evaluating the existing business environment to uncover opportunities that can generate measurable value. This role requires gathering and analyzing high-level requirements from various stakeholders and designing comprehensive business solutions that align with organizational goals. The Business Architect plays a crucial role in supporting transformation efforts by preparing detailed business cases and steering the execution of significant initiatives. Collaboration across multiple teams and continuous engagement with leadership to ensure alignment with strategic objectives are integral parts of the daily routine

• Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and recommending innovative approaches.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development

• Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional.

• Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Experience in translating complex business requirements into effective technology solutions.
• Ability to develop and document business cases that support strategic decision-making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to engage with diverse teams.
• Capability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage change effectively

• Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional.

• This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
