Business Analyst

Description: Department: Data Analytics and Insight Team The working hours are from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. No shift work or night shifts are required. Job Summary: We seek a highly skilled and analytical Business Analyst 1 to join our team. This role requires proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and programming languages such as SQL or DAX to create, combine, and automate reports. An understanding of AI and machine learning is highly desirable. The successful candidate will be crucial in transforming data into actionable insights and automating processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis and Reporting: o Develop, maintain, and optimize comprehensive reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, SQL, and DAX. o Perform detailed data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. o Create visualizations and dashboards that effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

o Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field. o Minimum of 2-3 years of

experience

in data analysis, reporting, and automation. o Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and macros. o Strong

experience

with Power BI for data visualization and dashboard creation. o Solid understanding of SQL and DAX for querying and data manipulation. o Demonstrated ability to automate data processes and reporting tasks. o Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts and tools is a significant advantage. o Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. o Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. o Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
