Business Accountability Associate

• About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Accountability Associate.

• In this role, you will:

• Participate in and provide support for low-complexity matters pertaining to the business’ policy and regulatory adherence, risk mitigation, or control efforts
• Research, review, document, and present findings related to issues, records, policies, and procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained
• Receive direction from supervisors and exercise judgment within defined parameters while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, records, and other business information
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to implement actions in support of risk-mitigation and control initiatives

• Required Qualifications:

• 6+ months of risk management, business controls, quality assurance, business operations, compliance, or process experience, or equivalent demonstrated through or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

• Desired Qualifications:

• Perform reporting and analytic reviews for the WIM businesses.
• Will perform quality assurance and quality control process for the WIM Business Third Party team. The work will focus on the QA/QC processes supporting the WIM Third Party Office
• Will execute control procedures owned by the team to verify the requirements of the program are being met and demonstrate adherence to the Enterprise Third Party policy
• Perform reconciliation of data to provide input into monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
• Produce regular reporting on Third Party activity for stakeholders.
• Partner with peers and the business in interactions to support appropriateness and timeliness of response, and effectiveness of communications and materials
• Experience in QA role with solid background in Risk and Change Management, and Risk Mitigation, RCA or Control executions experience is preferred
