• Key Responsibilities:

1. Reporting & Visualization
○ Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards for real-time monitoring of operational KPIs (e.g., turnaround time, efficiency, risk metrics).
○ Automate recurring reports to reduce manual efforts.
2. Data Analysis & Insights
○ Perform deep-dive analyses to identify bottlenecks, trends, and opportunities in operational workflows.
○ Translate findings into actionable recommendations for process improvements.
3. Cross-functional Collaboration
○ Partner with Central Analytics to align on data governance, metrics definitions, and advanced modeling needs.
○ Act as the bridge between Operations teams and Data Science for predictive analytics use cases (e.g., demand forecasting, risk scoring).
4. Data Integrity & Governance
○ Ensure accuracy and consistency of operational data by implementing validation checks in SQL/queries.
○ Document data lineage and key metric calculations.
○ Adhere to the policy & guidelines shared by Central Analytics/DS team related to Data governance and security

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

2+ years of hands-on experience in:

• Tableau (dashboard development, calculated fields, parameters).
• SQL (complex joins, window functions, query optimization).
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to solve operations-specific problems (e.g., capacity planning, SLA adherence).
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Math, or Statistics from a Tier 1/Tier 2 institute.
• Experience working with large datasets and ETL pipelines.
  Good-to-Have
• Python for data manipulation (Pandas, NumPy) and automation.
• Exposure to FinTech/Digital Lending (e.g., loan processing, fraud detection).
• Familiarity with statistical concepts (A/B testing, regression).
  Soft Skills
• Ability to communicate insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactive attitude to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
