As an Azure Native Application Architect - Director, you will lead the strategic direction and development of innovative software solutions within our Technology Consulting practice. You will be at the forefront of client engagements, driving the design and implementation of cutting-edge applications that leverage Azure technologies. Your role will involve collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver impactful solutions that meet client needs and foster business growth.
As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making pivotal decisions that shape client engagements and maintain executive-level client relations. You will inspire others by translating vision into actionable strategies, cultivating potential in your teams, and fostering an environment where people and technology thrive together. Your leadership will be crucial in driving business growth and mentoring the next generation of leaders.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will oversee multiple projects, confirming rigorous quality standards and promoting technological advances. You will identify market opportunities and convert them into successes for the firm, adhering to professional standards and the firm's code of conduct. Your contributions will be vital in maximizing client satisfaction and leveraging the collective strength of the PwC Network.
Responsibilities
- Leading the design and development of Azure-native applications, confirming alignment with client needs and industry standards
- Overseeing the integration of enterprise application architecture and microservices to enhance system performance and scalability
- Managing the application lifecycle, from initial requirements analysis through to deployment and maintenance
- Implementing continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices to streamline software development processes
- Conducting code reviews and enforcing coding standards to maintain quality software development
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business process improvement and innovation
- Utilizing programming languages such as Java, Python, and JavaScript to develop robust software solutions
- Guiding teams in the adoption of acceptance test-driven development (ATDD) methodologies to improve software testing outcomes
- Developing strategic solutions for complex client challenges, leveraging a strategic mindset and systemic thinking
- Mentoring and coaching team members to cultivate their professional growth and technical skills
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 18 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
