Senior Authentication Specialist, Apparel
Location Type: Remote
What you’ll do:
Learn and apply the Entrupy authentication process for luxury and streetwear apparel through structured training and on-the-job learning.
Authenticate apparel and accessories from leading brands such as Gucci, Chanel, Burberry, and Supreme with guidance from senior authenticators.
Monitor real-time authentications, helping ensure accuracy and consistency across the team.
Research trends, materials, and seasonal releases to strengthen brand-specific expertise.
Contribute to training and process documentation as you grow — helping improve templates, examples, and brand guidelines.
Collaborate with a global team across time zones to support Entrupy’s fast-paced, evolving authentication platform.
Prior experience in the luxury apparel or fashion resale industry — whether from retail, consignment, resale operations, or quality control.
A strong interest in luxury brands and streetwear culture with an eye for detail in materials, construction, and design.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken — clear, professional, and confident in cross-functional discussions.
A proactive and organized approach to work — comfortable with learning fast and following detailed processes.
Enthusiasm for learning new technologies, understanding digital authentication workflows, and being part of a team that values accuracy and curiosity.
Experience working with structured data, templates, or classification systems is a plus, but not required.
We have competitive pay bands for all other countries based on market standards. Individual compensation decisions are based on several factors, including experience level, skill set, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company. Based on these factors, we expect most of the candidates offered roles at our company to fall healthily throughout the range.
