Asst. Manager - Proposals

Summary: This role is critical to driving business growth by leading the development and management of high-quality proposals that align with strategic objectives. The individual will serve as a key contributor in the business development lifecycle, ensuring proposals are comprehensive, compliant, and compelling. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, collaborate across teams, and deliver winning proposals that support organizational expansion and client acquisition

• Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end proposal development, including strategy, content creation, coordination, and submission.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather technical, financial, and operational inputs.
• Ensure proposals meet all compliance, formatting, and deadline requirements.
• Manage proposal timelines, milestones, and resource allocation across multiple opportunities.
• Conduct internal reviews and incorporate feedback to enhance proposal quality.
• Maintain and update proposal templates, databases, and best practices.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Proposal Management, Business Development, or a related role within a similar industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management software.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
