Asst. Manager - Proposals

Summary: This role is critical to driving business growth by leading the development and management of high-quality proposals that align with strategic objectives. The individual will serve as a key contributor in the business development lifecycle, ensuring proposals are comprehensive, compliant, and compelling. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, collaborate across teams, and deliver winning proposals that support organizational expansion and client acquisition.

Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end proposal development, including strategy, content creation, coordination, and submission. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather technical, financial, and operational inputs. Ensure proposals meet all compliance, formatting, and deadline requirements. Manage proposal timelines, milestones, and resource allocation across multiple opportunities. Conduct internal reviews and incorporate feedback to enhance proposal quality. Maintain and update proposal templates, databases, and best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, marketing, communications, or a related field. 3–5 years of

experience

in Proposal Management, Business Development, or a related role within a similar industry. Strong written and verbal communication

skills

with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management software. Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
