Asst Manager – COP

• Role Summary:

The purpose of this role is to oversee and optimize the movement, storage, and distribution of goods within a specific geographic region. This includes managing transportation, warehousing, inventory control, and ensuring efficient supply chain operations to meet customer demands while minimizing costs and maximizing productivity, focus on improving processes, coordinating with suppliers and distributors, and ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards.

• Roles and Responsibility:

• Prepare and distribute daily operational reports to all stakeholders, providing a comprehensive overview of operations and stock levels.

• Manage dispatch operations and perform SAP analysis, including responding to customer inquiries across multiple business sectors to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.

• Collaborate closely with COP teams across both South and North regions to ensure efficient achievement of daily billing targets.

• Conduct charge reviews to validate freight charges against agreed contractual rates.

• Perform freight invoice validation using TMS (Transport Management System) to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.

• Requirement:

• 5 - 8 Yrs of Exp in supply chain and distribution

• Graduation or Post Graduation Degree as educational qualification

• Knowledge of SAP/ERP systems.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

• Customer-focused approach and teamwork.
