• Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and organised Associate – Recruitment Support to support recruitment across India. The role will have greater ownership of recruitment activities compared to a graduate-level position, working closely with hiring managers and candidates to support timely and effective hiring.

The individual will manage multiple open positions, support sourcing and screening activities, coordinate interviews and provide recruitment updates to stakeholders. The role will also involve external vendor coordination when required, along with recruitment administration and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Support recruitment activities for multiple open positions across India.
• Source, screen and shortlist candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and other sourcing channels.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and assess suitability, notice period and compensation expectations.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure timely communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up on interview feedback and candidate progress to support timely hiring decisions.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Support offer management, documentation and pre-employment activities.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and priorities.
• Provide regular updates on candidate pipelines and recruitment progress.
• Coordinate with recruitment vendors and staffing partners when required.
• Maintain accurate candidate, requisition and recruitment data in ATS/HRIS systems and trackers.
• Support recruitment reporting, audits, documentation, background verification and other People & Talent initiatives as needed.

Skills & Experience

• 2–3 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
• Experience managing multiple recruitment requirements simultaneously.
• Good experience in sourcing, resume screening and initial candidate assessment.
• Experience recruiting across different functions; exposure to technical recruitment is an advantage.
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Exposure to recruitment agencies/vendor coordination is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals or other sourcing platforms.
• Good understanding of the recruitment lifecycle.
• Experience using an ATS/HRIS or recruitment tracking system.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proactive approach with good follow-up skills and ability to work independently.

Preferred

• Experience recruiting for IT, Engineering, Quality Engineering, Cyber Security or Shared Services roles.
• Experience working with recruitment vendors or staffing agencies.
• Familiarity with the Indian talent market and salary expectations.
• Exposure to recruitment reporting and maintaining recruitment metrics.
