Associate Product Manager

• Responsibilities:

• Perform functional, regression, and user acceptance testing to ensure product quality before releases.
• Analyze product workflows and identify usability improvements and potential issues.
• Conduct competitor analysis to benchmark features, pricing, and positioning.
• Research market trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities.
• Identify market gaps and recommend potential product enhancements.
• Create and maintain product documentation, including feature specifications, release notes, user guides, and process documentation.
• Support requirement gathering and translate business needs into clear product requirements.
• Assist in preparing user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlog documentation.
• Monitor user feedback and collaborate with engineering and design teams to prioritize improvements.
• Support product launch activities and post-release validation.

Requirements

• Qualifications:

• B.E./B.Tech (or) BBA/MBA with product analytics exposure.
• Certifications in Product Management, Agile, Scrum or Business Analysis are a plus.
• 0-2yrs of experience in product management.
• A curiosity to understand users and solve real-world problems.
• A data-driven and customer-first mindset.
• Willingness to take ownership and work across multiple functions.
• A proactive attitude toward learning and continuous improvement.
• Preferably, work experience in any Ed-tech platform.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Skills:

• Strong market research and competitive bench-marking capabilities.
• Ability to conduct user research and translate insights into actionable product improvements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clear and comprehensive product documentation.
• Experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting product requirements.
• Understanding of product analytics and data-driven decision-making.
• Knowledge of manual QA testing, feature validation, and bug reporting.
• Ability to prioritize features based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to monitor project progress, track deliverables, and ensure timely execution.
• Familiarity with Forward Deployed Product Management principles and customer-centric product delivery.
• High attention to detail with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
