Associate Manager - SAP

ROLE DESCRIPTIONThe SAP Ariba Contract Senior Consultant is a critical role responsible for developments covering all aspects of development life cycle including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, implementation, configuration and support for SAP Ariba Contract Management Solution including integration with SAP or non SAP applications in a project. 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Architecting, designing and implement SAP Ariba Contract Management Solution successfully in customer organizations.

Propose best practice procedures for handling of contracts throughout its lifecycle, amendments etc. Design and implement complex solutions for organization’s Contract Lifecycle Management

Liaising with Customer, Solution Architect, Functional Consultants and Technical peers to achieve project goals within expected timelines. 

Provide SME support for business requirements across projects

Mentoring Junior Team members within the Organization

Guide business process and configuration design choices based on knowledge of Ariba capabilities and constraints

Conduct user training

Facilitate integration and user acceptance testing

Support business users with process or system issues

Drive and Assist with building Assets and Accelerators within SAP Ariba Practice for CoE.

Build repository of custom development implemented by Bristlecone for unique business requirements

Conduct trainings within Practice to build competency. 

Prepare and deliver demonstrations and presentations in support of sales cycles

Help in Presales, RFP, Solution Design, Migration, Upgrade methodology

Keep up to date on the technology development

Understands and ensures that quality standards are met 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

8 plus years of implementation experience in area of Ariba Strategic Sourcing space with minimum 2 years of full suite implementations 

4 plus years of full cycle implementations of Ariba Strategic Sourcing

Experience with all aspects of SAP Ariba Contracts Management

Must have experience with integrating Ariba solutions with SAP and non SAP applications

Ariba Certification would be an added advantage

TECHNICAL EXPERTISE

Possesses thorough knowledge of SAP Ariba Contract Management Solution and various types of contracts and industry best practices.

Thorough knowledge and hands on implementation experience with Contract Templates and Conditions administration, settings, configuration, along with all other aspects of Contracts administration, including Approval Process workflows downstream

Ability to architect an end to end solution while understanding the integration aspects between different modules within ARIBA Strategic Sourcing Suite as well as of Ariba Contract with ERP systems

Ability to work on complex development scenarios along with writing technical specifications for complex customizations

Ability to propose multiple workable solutions as per best practices

Good understanding of ECC or S4 Hana and ARIBA CONTRACT Master data 

Experience in interacting with functional developers to provide daily operational support as well as solution implementation for enhancements and projects

Exposure of Client discussions, Incident Resolution, New Development, CR Estimation, Solution Proposal
