Associate – Level 2 - Data

ROLE EXPECTATIONS

As an Associate L2, you will analyze business data, develop dashboards and reports, ensure data quality,and work with Oracle databases and Data Warehouse solutions to deliver actionable insights.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
• Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries and database objects.
• Build and support Data Warehouse (DWH) solutions and data integration processes.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support business insights.
• Work with Oracle databases and Oracle NetSuite data for reporting and integrations.
• Perform data modelling, database design, and schema optimization.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across multiple data sources.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand reporting and data requirements.
• Document data pipelines, workflows, and technical processes.
• Support performance tuning, issue resolution, and continuous improvement of data systems.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on working experience with Oracle Database.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, query writing, performance optimization, and data analysis.
• Good understanding of Data Warehouse (DWH) concepts and data integration.
• Hands-on working experience with Oracle NetSuite.
• Experience in designing and developing dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
• Understanding of database design, normalization, data modeling, and data quality.
• Experience working with large datasets and reporting solutions.
• Familiarity with ETL processes and data integration concepts
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skill
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Python for automation and data scripting.
• Experience working with large datasets and enterprise reporting solutions.
• Good understanding of data quality management and governance principles.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Work Experience

• 2–4 years of experience in Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, Database Development, or Data Warehousing.
