Roles & Responsibility:

• Developing and implementing ESG strategies, policies, and frameworks that align with the organization's values and goals.
• Conducting thorough ESG assessments and identifying key sustainability risks, opportunities, and performance indicators.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate ESG practices across various business functions, including operations, supply chain, human resources, and finance.
• Monitoring and reporting on ESG performance, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD).
• Responsible for all plastic parts ESG evaluation in the vehicle
• Engaging with stakeholders, such as investors, employees, customers, and communities, to communicate the organization's sustainability efforts and foster meaningful relationships.
• Staying updated on emerging ESG trends, best practices, and regulatory developments to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge in Plastic Engineering, from Raw material, Manufacturing processes, Latest trend in Manufacturing technology, Post production techniques, Automotive application knowledge until recycling
• Proficiency in conducting ESG assessments, analyzing data, and identifying material issues.
• Familiarity with ESG reporting standards and frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD) and experience in preparing sustainability reports.
• Ability to develop and implement ESG strategies, policies, and frameworks tailored to the organization's objectives and industry.
• Financial acumen to link sustainability initiatives to business value and articulate the financial implications of ESG practices.
• Experience in conducting stakeholder engagement and managing relationships with investors, regulators, NGOs, and other key stakeholders.
• Proficient in project management, data analysis, and utilizing ESG-related software tools.
• Technical know-how of Cabin Interiors, Exteriors and Chassis parts with Plastic usage (Bus and Truck)
• Experience with Product Development Life Cycle for automotive domain
• Knowledge of Customer business, Operations, Applications and Customer Expectations
• Must be well versed in MS office tools

Soft skills:

• Sound understanding of environmental, social and corporate governance aspects,
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex data and trends, as well as their networking,
• Understanding of sustainability reporting and regulatory requirements,
