Associate Director

• Responsibilities:

• 18+ years of experience with projects similar in function, size and scope to the description above.

• Project experience in datacentre, commercial, residential, retail, healthcare, hospitality, industrial, aviation sectors will be helpful.

• Undergraduate degree (master’s preferred) in Civil engineering/Hydraulics or related field.

• Handling  Site Grading Layouts, site development work, Design of Storm water drainage layouts, sanitary sewer system, Underground gravity drainages, chemical sewer system, tankage area layout, Under ground services co-ordination, Asphalt and Concrete Road & RC Pavement and preparation of Road layouts.

• Willingness for programming, macros & Excel design sheets is desirable, though not mandatory.

• Interest in working with Rhino, Grasshopper, Dynamo, Python coding will be a big plus

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Client communication and interaction skills will be preferred.

• Time management and people management skills will be valuable.

• Minimum 18 years of experience with projects similar in function, size and scope to the description above.

• Experience in datacentre, commercial, residential, hospitality, industrial, aviation sectors is highly desirable.

• Undergraduate degree (master’s preferred) in Civil engineering/Hydraulics or related field.

• Familiarity with BIM coordination processes and multidisciplinary model reviews is an advantage.

• Knowledge on Site Grading Layouts, site development work, Design of Storm water drainage layouts, sanitary sewer system, chemical/effluent drainage system, tankage area layout, Asphalt and Concrete Road & RC Pavement

• Knowledge of Indian codes is mandatory. Familiarity with US, BS, Eurocodes is a plus.

• Working knowledge of current industry software, including Sewer Gem, Water GEM, Civil 3D, Navisworks, Arc GIS and Hec RAS/ HEC-HMS

• Strong coordination and communication skills for working with global and cross-functional teams.

• Time management and people management skills will be valuable.
